Orphan support projects focus on sponsoring children by covering their essential needs, including food, education, and shelter, ensuring they have a brighter future.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said in the following Hadith: “By He in whose hand is my soul, Allah will not punish the one who shows compassion to orphans, speaks gently to them, and feels mercy for them, whether they are orphans or poor.” (Narrated by Thabrani from Abu Hurairah).

These are our ongoing orphan support projects since our beginning in 2021:

• Orphan Support Project in Manikganj, Bangladesh (Ongoing)

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: ‘The one who cares for an orphan and myslef will be together in Paradise like this’, and he (ﷺ) held his two fingers together to illustrate. (Bukhari)

Supporting orphan for their regular education and living expenses is one of the best deeds in sight of Islam. Few members of Attaqwa Foundation extended their hand to support 18 (eighteen) orphans and underprivileged students in a madrasa located in Manikganj, Bangladesh. This financial support covers food, accommodation, tuition fee for each student. 

• Orphan Support Project in Ummul Kura Women's Madrasa, Savar, Bangladesh (Ongoing)

Few members of Attaqwa Foundation extended their hand to support 7 (seven) orphans female students in Ummul Kura Adorsho Mohila Madrasa located in Hemayetpur, Savar, Bangladesh. This financial support covers food, accommodation, tuition fee for each student. 

• Orphan Support Project in Madrasatul Madina, Bogra, Bangladesh (Ongoing)

Few members of Attaqwa Foundation extended their hand to support 5 (five) orphans students in a madrasa located in Bogra, Bangladesh.

Few members of Attaqwa Foundation extended their hand to support 7 (seven) orphans female students in a madrasa located in Hemayetpur, Savar, Bangladesh. This financial support covers food, accommodation, tuition fee for each student. 

• Orphan Support in Madrasa Hossainia Islamia, Bagerhat, Bangladesh (Ongoing)

One very young boy in Bagerhat lost his father who was the only person used to earn for his family. Attaqwa foundation was approached to support this family who were facing immense distress and difficulties. 

One of a members of Attaqwa Foundation extended his hand not only to support this orphan boy for his education and other related expenses rather he is also supporting the whole family for their livelihood on monthly basis, Alhamdulillah.
